hi folks. long time no...
justin haynes and i have a new record. we'll play a set of new tunes with a new band this coming sunday april 7 at gctc in ottawa, and then next thursday april 11 in the renaissance room at the back of clinton's in toronto. the sweetest noise will be available at the shows. the reveries will sing and play before us at clinton's.
this band: justin and me, (wurlitzer and melodica and guitars and singing...) nick fraser and andrew mccormack (both on drums) and josh latour on rhodes and bass (both of the woodenstars).

and then... a canadian tour
right out there on the city street, spring just bursting, despite the bad news. we need good news: spring. hopeful buds reminding us to do our job, do our job. right and true. and maybe even beautiful.

on a rainy day in the big city, from this perch on the slope of a hill, i hear the train hurtling happily by. west to east. east to west. sounds good. and so, on the next clear day, i aim to do the same.
